LaserVille – an international network of laser hair removal salons that is rapidly expanding! We provide professional laser hair removal services using Moveo technology on Italian Motus AX equipment in 8 salons in Kyiv and 3 salons in Warsaw.

📋 Candidate requirements:

• Proficiency in Polish at a level of B2 or higher.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience as an administrator (preferred).
• Computer skills (Google Sheets).
• Experience with a CRM system (preferred).
• No harmful habits.
• Communication skills and activity.

✅ Administrator responsibilities:

• Consulting clients and keeping track of their appointments.
• Handling calls and messages in the CRM system.
• Greeting clients and processing payments.
• Preparing coffee for clients, creating a warm atmosphere in the salon.
• Caring for the comfort and coziness of our visitors.
