✅ Your responsibilities will include:

• Full recruitment cycle: candidate search and adaptation.
• Resume processing and analysis of each candidate.
• Interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Development of training and adaptation programs.
• Working in CRM and Google Sheets, organizing and automating workflows.
• Participation in team development, helping to build an effective recruitment and training process.
• Creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere where each employee feels valued and appreciated.
