In this position, practical skills as a marketing specialist are important to us, as well as the ability to quickly develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns, analyze the market and audience needs. It is also important to be able to build and maintain a strong brand, organize and optimize advertising activities, ensuring the growth of the client base and increasing brand awareness.

✅ What you will need to do:

• – Develop and implement marketing strategies according to business needs based on the analysis of the target audience, market, and competitors.
• – Find and manage contractors for Google Ads, SEO, SMM, and influencers.
• – Manage budgets, control KPIs (CPA, CPC, CTR).

🎓 Requirements:

• – Work experience of at least 2 years (experience in the beauty industry is an advantage).
• – Knowledge of marketing tools and conducting advertising campaigns.
• – Creativity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• – Understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, content marketing).
• – Skills in working with AdWords, GA4, and analytical tools.
